Stavanger Symphony Orchestra invites you to a season filled with musical highlights and powerful artistic encounters – from Nordic legends to cosmic fanfares, from iconic classics to newly composed works, from the intimate to the rarely performed.
This season features some of the most monumental works in music history, led by outstanding soloists and conductors.

With a concert subscription, you’re guaranteed great experiences – at our lowest price. It pays off to have a fixed seat in Fartein Valen. Subscriptions are available for two series: the Main Series and the Classics Series. The Main Series includes 16 Thursday concerts consisting of 16 concerts and containing the full width of new and old orchestra music. The Classics Series consists of six Friday concerts taking you through the absolute peaks through six concerts.

Of course, you can also purchase single tickets to your favorite concerts in both series. And by the way – the best experiences are often the ones you share with others.

Free pre-concert talk: “Into the Music”
Ahead of the Main Series concerts, we invite you in collaboration with the friends’ association Bravo to a free pre-concert talk at 6:30 PM. The talk is usually held in Norwegian, with a few exceptions.

Your subscription
Subscribers for the 2024–25 season are automatically assigned their regular seats for the new season, and all should have received a payment link by the end of May. Please note that subscriptions are ongoing and remain valid until cancelled.
