Ragnhild Hemsing, our Artist-in-Residence, performs Vivaldi and winter tunes from Valdres on the Hardanger fiddle, while Rita Eriksen and Dag Vagle lend their voices to the iconic “Cinderella” song and Simon & Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water.

Rita Eriksen and Dag Vagle have known each other for many years and have collaborated on numerous occasions, including the cherished Christmas concerts Vinterlys at Sandnes Kulturhus.

As tradition dictates, the concert concludes with a communal singalong to the powerful and timeless hymn Deilig er jorden, sending you out into the December night ready for the holiday season ahead.
