Macaulay Culkin stars as Kevin McCallister, an eight-year-old boy who is accidentally left behind when his family leaves for Christmas vacation – and who must defend his home against two bumbling burglars. Warm-hearted and genuinely funny, Home Alone offers festive entertainment for the whole family.

The film will be shown in its original language with Norwegian subtitles.

John Williams has received five Academy Awards and 54 Academy Award nominations (the second-highest number in Oscar history), seven BAFTA Awards, 27 Grammy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards and five Emmy Awards. He has composed music for more than 100 films, including the principal themes used throughout the Harry Potter film series. Williams wrote the scores for all nine Star Wars films, as well as Superman, Memoirs of a Geisha and The Book Thief. His 45-year collaboration with Steven Spielberg has resulted in many of Hollywood’s most acclaimed films, including Schindler’s List, E.T., Jurassic Park, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, the Indiana Jones films, Saving Private Ryan, Lincoln and The Post.
