Together with actor Rolf Kristian Larsen, we will create an evening where the music creeps under your skin. From the icy sounds of The Dark Knight to the iconic theme from Jaws, we encounter music that has sent shivers down audiences’ spines around the world. John Williams’ suspenseful shark motif and Bernard Herrmann’s legendary shower scene music from Psycho are among the moments that have defined what fear sounds like.

In Danny Elfman’s music for Edward Scissorhands and The Nightmare Before Christmas, we encounter the vulnerable and melancholic. At the same time, Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells draws us into an unsettling atmosphere, familiar from The Exorcist.

Through music from films such as Halloween, The Ring, Hannibal, The Grudge, It and Pirates of the Caribbean, we meet composers Hans Zimmer and John Carpenter, whose work has shaped modern film music and our collective imagination of fear.

In the music from Dark Woods 2 (Villmark 2), we sense the terror lurking in the dark forest.
